Kevin Hays has been engaged in the life insurance industry for 13 years. As the Life Brokerage Manager, he thrives on cultivating relationships with successful producers and assisting with fulfilling their client’s protection needs. Specifically, Kevin partners with financial advisors to grow their business by providing sales solutions, being an underwriting advocate, and collaborating on advanced case design such as premium financing, estate planning, and business continuation planning.
Prior to rejoining Guardian, Kevin worked in the marketing and advertising industry as the director of business development, as well as international sales as a manufacturer’s representative.
Outside of the office, Kevin looks forward to spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf, attending concerts, and volunteering.
