Lea Ann Greffet is the Office Manager for Guardian St Louis. Lea Ann brings 18 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of new Financial Representative and broker contracting, HR policies, programs, and practices within the firm; she maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.
Lea Ann shares, “My role as the Office Manager has been rewarding in many ways. The development of relationships both within the agency and at the home office level have been the highlight of my career.”
Lea Ann is a native to St. Louis and enjoys getting to know the city again since she relocated back to this amazing city in 2013. She enjoys the diversity of the city, the excitement of our sports teams and the cultural events and restaurants.
